AFTER TEN YEARS OF RACING THEY FINALY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP. HOPEFULLY ALSO NEXT YEAR.
Always perfect handling and comfort. Cruising with your girlfriend, daily commuting to the job, or attacking the circuits with some fresh semi-slicks. This coilover system can do it all for an attractive pricing.
You have all adjustment possibilities in your own hand without the need to revalve. The lowspeed compression, high-speed compression and rebound damping are independently adjustable. Each single adjuster has a minimum of 18, but in most cases as much a 50 positions. The system is oil lubricated so it is strong, reliable and maintenance free. The housings are made of electrochemically polished stainless steel so the coilover kit is beautiful when mounted and stays beautiful. The stainless steel ensures the height adjustment / corner weight adjustment stays moveable over time. The “piggyback” mounted nitrogen reservoirs guarantee an always constant damping force, improve the cooling and ensure maximum oil lifetime even in the severest conditions. The “camber inserts” give you the freedom to set extra camber, in some cases up to 3 degrees, to finally get rid of the understeer (“push”) of your car.
The modular HDA system can be delivered in the following variations:
> With one single adjuster: compression and rebound always in the right relationship
> With 2-WAY adjustment: one adjustment for the compression (1x) and one adjustment for the rebound (1x)
> With 4-WAY adjustment: high-speed compressie (1x), low-speed compression (2x) en rebound (1x).
This coilover kit can be upgraded from one type to the next by changing the reservoirs.
It can be ordered optionally with the extreme hard and smooth Black Titan piston rods for an even better functioning and maximized performance.
This set can be ordered with camberplates / hard topmounts equipped with uniballs.

Saturday Qualifying
We came to this first round not sure what to expect because the new 09 car (SR8 LM) has a much stiffer chassis and a larger 2.8L engine. There are new rules this year, both drivers have to qualify the car for grid position, First driver for race 1 and the second for race 2. We also have a new mechanic this year who did a great job as the car ran without fault all weekend.
Saturday Race 1 Weather- dry, overcast
Stuart started the race from pole, he got mugged off the line but dived back through into turn 1. At the end of the 1st lap he was 2 seconds in front by the 3rd lap 7 seconds and by the end of his stint 30 seconds. I took over at half time and held a 27 second lead until the end of the race. This was a real text book race.

Sunday Race 2 Weather- dry, sunny
I started this race from 6th position on the grid by the end of the 1st lap in 4th and at half time brought the car back safe in 3rd. Stuart went out and after his 1st lap was catching the car in 1st by 5 seconds a lap. He finished the race with a 10 second lead.
Final position 1st, Championship standing 1st
With over 35 years of dirt, tarmac, racing and rally experience, Intrax has developed a rally kit for the EVO X. The championship winning Intrax Black Titan XL suspension works just as well for rally as for race, as being tested by Intrax.
Now that roller bearing are forbidden in the different rally championships, friction control has become a major issue. The Black Titan guidance and piston rod are extremely slippery and smooth. This Black Titan reduces friction to the levels of the roller-bearing system. At the same time it needs less maintenance. It is lighter and more cost effective. With a Vickers hardness of >2000Hv, the coated rods are bullet-proof and almost impossible to break or bend. The “floating bearing” principle ensures the strut is at its strongest when the suspension is compressed and you need it the most. So the harder you drive, the stronger the suspension becomes! This suspension will always bring you to the finish.
The XL system is an oversized 52mm guidance rod made from precision tubing and seamless drawn. Again, this is the best in the market available.
The damping adjustment is fast and understandable. High- and lowspeed compression and rebound can be adjusted with independent operating adjusters. These have a wide range of up to 50 clicks per adjuster.
Camber can be set with the camber inserts over a total range of about 3 degrees. The WRC style eccentric camber plates allow fast- and fine adjustment of camber and caster during a rally service. The eccentric WRC adjusters can also be substituted with a Gr. N homologated fixed position topmount.
A wide use of the lightest materials, like 7075T6 aluminum and titanium reduces the weight of the total suspension system (incl. front camberplates and rear topmounts) to less than 26kg, effectively improving your power to weight ratio of your car, lowering the unsprung weight, improving acceleration, traction and stage times.

Only the first race in march he ended at the 2nd place. All other 7 races he ended at the first place. A real champion!

This cylindrical springs have an inner diameter of 60 and 70mm and are available in many strengths and lengths. The range covers of strength from 20 to 400 kg / cm and lengths from 80 to 400mm.

Last weekend the 4th season of the Formido Suzuki Swift Cup started again with the traditional opening races during Easter at Circuit Park Zandvoort. The Formido Suzuki Swift Cup is again clearly the largest class of the national motor sport in the Netherlands and had a great first race weekend with much excitement. The winners Niels Langeveld in race 1 and 2 winner Peter Schreurs in race 2 both had a lot to fight until the last meters.
