Congratulations to Dekker Racing and Jaco’s Paddock..

Marcel Dekker of Dekker Racing has become champion in the Mazda MX5 Cup.
Of wich we, Intrax, completely convert the Mazda’s (MX5) into a full circuit car for the Mazda MX5 Cup.

The racing team of Jaco’s Paddock became champions in the RCN Series in the VT2 and the V4 class with their BMW’s.
The RCN Series (Rundstrecken Challenge Nurburgring) is a famous racing event in the so-called “Green Hell” i a traditional, relaxed and fun – but highly competitive way.

Congrats to both teams!!

Subaru Impreza WRX Sti

Last week we provided this beautiful Subaru Impreza WRX Sti of Chaya CC_Sti (click here for her instagram) with beautiful 1K2 shock absorbers with ARC. This tough gril does not turn her hand to help with the installation. Click on the photos to get an impression of that day.

4way EPIC XL dampers

We have made some beautifull shock absorbers again for the great Mitsubishi Pajero Evo, wich will be used in the Classic Dakar (among other races/rally’s). This time we made 4-way EPIC XL dampers. These shock absorbers with a piston diameter of 52mm are ideal for rough off-road terrains.

2 Iconic cars

These two iconic youngtimers are in our workshop. The Mercedes W201 and the Ferrari Testarossa are only 1 year apart in age. Where the Mercedes is used purely for the track, the Ferrari is a beauty of a street car. We have again developed nice custom made dampers for both cars.

For the Ferrari we also developed an EHC (Electronic Height Control) system.
Withe this system, the height of the car can be adjusted electronically from within the car. More about this later!!!

Congrats to Janis Hans and team from Intrax

We would like to congratulate Janis Hans and his team on
winning the 2021 Baltic Touring car Championship in the BTC4 class. They drive
a Subaru Impreza. The dampers also featur spring rate adjusters, making it
incredibly convenient to quickly adjust the setup to
different conditions and tracks. Congrats and have fun preparing for the next season!

Ford Escorts at the Intrax workshop

These two beautiful Fords Escorts from the year 1968 have relieved each other in our workshop in recents weeks. With the white Ford Escort we only made the rear dampers, which has already resulted in a significant improvement in road holding. For the green version we made a complete set. Over the years we have made many sets for these Escorts that were also succesful. But it is still nice to admire these iconic rally cars in our workshop.

Intrax makes nice Land Rover sets again!

Once again we are making shock absorbers for a Land Rover Defender.This  is originally a rugged off-road vehicle. We have developed shock absorbers for the Land Rover Defender, among others,that ensure that the Landrover can be driven much more like a passenger car. In addition, the off-road qualities are also improved.

Thanks to our unique revolutionary ARC® system it is possible for us to fit a slightly softer spring and adjust the dampers ar the front and rear without the usual drawbacks. The softer tuned damper in combination with the softer springmakes the car much more comfortable than it is standard. Less bumping on the cobblestone roads in the cities and towns, driving over speed bumps without being “kicked in the back. Despite the softer adjustment, our ARC® systemrnensures that the car also gets much better handling at high speeds (more stable),no more sweaty hands and white knuckles if the maximum speeds is well exceeded.

Congratulations to our dear friends from GP Elite!
Not only did their driver Larry ten Voorde win the drivers’ title (for the 2nd time in a row) in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup eith the Porsche 911 GT3, they also won the team championship. Really an excellent performance!!
