Intrax has been making shock absorbers for companies and organizations for a wide variety of purposes for decades. From shock absorbers to absorb impacts to shock absorbers for internal conveyor belts, agricultural machines, crane cabins and for the counterweight of high chimneys.

Thanks to our many years of experience in building custom shock absorbers and industrial shock absorbers, Intrax is able to develop a completely new shock absorber in just 5 weeks. We develop shock absorbers for boats, conveyor belts, trucks, truck cabins, trailers, buses, tractors, carriages, trains (railway), horse trailers, roller coasters, defense vehicles.

Prototyping and customization

As a shock absorber specialist, we are regularly called in for projects that require a customized solution and for the development of prototypes. Thanks to our short internal lines, we communicate and switch quickly, so that the development time and associated costs remain low.

High-end materials and unique coatings

Intrax has developed special techniques and uses unique coatings and high-end materials. This ensures that our shock absorbers remain functional for a long time under the most extreme conditions. For example, Black Titan is a very hard coating. Many times harder than a good chrome coating and is also extremely resistant to corrosion. Black Titan is widely used in offshore shock absorbers. And the unique ICC® (Intelligent Compression Control) is a hydraulic mechanical system that perfectly controls the compression movement, be it very high frequency or extremely low frequency. In addition, we can supply multi-coated stainless steel springs or even titanium springs.
