It has just taken time to make the calendar. The race dates at Circuit Zandvoort are unchanged but instead of the race at the Nurburgring we drive at Brands Hatch, on the famous Grand Prix circuit. One date at Circuit SPA depends on the number of participants, everything else is secured.
\nThe cup is technically strong, the cooperation with the Radical factory in England and Circuit Park Zandvoort is a fact. These three parties together can ensure that this beautiful cup has a great future. <\/p>\n

The Radical SR3 RS is a thrill to race, it drives like a kart with the thrill of driving a formula 1 car. Measured G forces on the separating plane at Zandvoort are 2.85.9 G.
\nThe regulations will ensure equal opportunities for all participants to give them an equal chance the be the fastest in the Benelux Cup. <\/p>\n

The specification of the cupauto are unique, see below. The price of € 69.000, – excl VAT is realized through Radical (adv. saleprice in England is € 85.000, -), the purchased cars have to undertake one year in the cup.<\/p>\n

It is also permitted to start with a used SR3, if the car has new-style bodywork and the 1500cc engine, smaller engines are also permitted.
\nAll the engines are sealed by Radical, and the matches are known as usual with 2x 50 minutes with a pit stop per race weekend. The car will be driven be 1 or 2 drivers.<\/p>\n

The entry fee for 12 races is € 7800, – excl. VAT.
\nSeparate entries are yet to be determined, but are of course more expensive.<\/p>\n

\nEven when we join matches of the Radical Masters the Radical Benelux Cup has his own championship and has its own prize ceremony.
\nIt is an open championship, participants from other countries can join a full subscription to the championship.<\/p>\n

\nWe are working on TV, but it depends on the funds released from a cup sponsor. There are already serious interest in the cars that are already in production. Sven Andriesen that provides the Belgian interest in the cup has given 5 names of drivers for the cup. Furthermore, there are tuners in the Netherlands and Belgium who wants one or two cars to rent, complete with catering and accessories.<\/p>\n

We realize that the failure of the cup in 2009 was not positive. The construction that we have now with Radical England and Circuit Zandvoort provides a strong base and especially the connection of two Masters events at the Radical and Dutch Power Pack have a wonderful program.
\nThe website of www.radicalbeneluxcup.nl<\/a> will be launched from the first week in January 2011. If you are interested report this as early as possible. This allows us to take delivery of the car right to organize. (Delivery of the cars will be in order of orders with deposit ).<\/p>\n

De races op Zandvoort zijn ongewijzigd maar in plaats van de race op de Nurburgring rijden we nu op Brands Hatch, maar dan wel op het fameuze GP circuit. Één datum op SPA is afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers, verder is alles verzekerd. De cup staat technisch sterk in zijn schoenen, de samenwerking met de Radical fabriek in Engeland en Circuit park Zandvoort is een feit geworden. Deze 3 partijen kunnen ervoor zorgen  dat deze prachtige cup een toekomst heeft. De Radical SR3 RS is een sensatie om in te racen, een wegligging als een kart met de sensatie van het rijden gelijk aan een formule 1. Gemeten G krachten op het scheivlak in Zandvoort zijn 2.85.9 G. De reglementen zullen er zorg voor dragen om alle deelnemers gelijkwaardige kansen te geven in de snelste cup in de Benelux. De specificatie van de cupauto is uniek, zie onderaan. De prijs van € 69.000,- excl. BTW is dankzij Radical tot stand gekomen (adv. verkoopprijs in Engeland € 85.000,-) , de gekochte auto’s verplichten zich voor een jaar in de cup te rijden. Het is verder toegestaan om met een gebruikte SR3 aan de start te komen, mits de auto is voorzien van nieuwe stijl bodywork en motoren, de 1500cc motor, kleinere motoren zijn ook toegestaan. De motoren worden verzegeld door Radical, en de wedstrijden zijn zoals bekend 2x 50 minuten met pitstop per race weekend. Er wordt met 1 of 2 rijders per auto gereden. Inschrijfgeld voor 12 races is € 7800,- excl. BTW. Losse inschrijvingen worden nog vastgesteld, maar zijn uiteraard in verhouding duurder. Het is een open kampioenschap, deelnemers uit andere landen kunnen bij een volledige inschrijving meedoen aan het kampioenschap. Er word gewerkt aan TV, maar dat is afhankelijk van de financiële middelen die vrij komen uit een eventuele cup sponsor. Er is op dit moment al serieuze interesse voor de in productie zijnde auto’s. Sven Andriesen die het Belgisch belang verzorgt in de cup heeft aangegeven coureurs voor 5 nieuwe auto’s te hebben. Verder zijn er tuners in Nederland en Belgie die 1 of 2 auto’s wil gaan verhuren compleet met catering en toebehoren. Wij beseffen dat het niet doorgaan van de cup in 2009 niet als positief werd ervaren. De constructie die wij nu hebben met Radical Engeland en Circuitpark Zandvoort geeft een sterke basis en vooral ook het aansluiten van 2 Masters wedstrijden bij Radical en de Dutch Power Pack hebben een prachtig programma. De website van www.radicalbeneluxcup.nl is vanaf de eerste week Januari 2011 in de lucht. Wanneer er interesse is meldt dit dan zo vroeg mogelijk. Dit maakt het voor ons mogelijk om de levertijd van de auto goed te organiseren. (Levering van de auto’s gaat op volgorde van aanbetaalde bestelling).
