All shock absorbers are custom built.<\/p>\n<p>This means that only the raw materials are present. The shock absorbers are only built once we have the data for the car in question and the driver&#8217;s wishes. So fully custom-built.<\/p>\n<p>This way of working ensures that each set of shock absorbers gets the best possible setting\/springs for the car it is intended for. This way, Intrax can work flexibly and the shock absorbers are always equipped with the latest developments. Of course, we can also supply series production while maintaining the high quality standard.<\/p>\n<h2>Street<\/h2>\n<p>In contrary to what people might think, Intrax also makes a lot of systems for street use (+\/- 50% of all shock absorbers). These shocks are of course custom built and always fitted with the latest technology and can be fitted with various options.<\/p>\n<p>The advantages of Intrax shock absorbers compared to other brands:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entirely custom build\n<ul>\n<li>Other brands make what almost 80% of the people want &#8211; lower and harder &#8211; while Intrax makes them perfect to fulfill the customers desires.\n<ul>\n<li>Lower while maintaining comfort, or even more comfort is an option (but everything has a limit of course). Of course, we will also improve the handling and grip on the car.<\/li>\n<li>Equal ride height or even higher, but with greatly improved road handling.\n<ul>\n<li>In doing so, we can of course also maintain and\/or improve comfort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Macpherson suspension &#8211; in case they aren&#8217;t ordered with special adjustments &#8211; has always an upside down construction\n<ul>\n<li>This guarantees a much more stable and responsive car without having to make the suspension harder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Shock absorbers made out of top-quality materials\n<ul>\n<li>Intrax doesn&#8217;t use different materials between its street shock absorbers and its competition shock absorbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Intrax shock absorbers are fitted with a thermostat\n<ul>\n<li>This ensures that the shock absorber does not soften as it warms up. The damping will be constant between 15 and 85 degrees Celsius<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Optional<\/strong><br \/>\nIntrax has several options that make your car even better, more convenient for everyday use or even more suitable for everyday driving and (extremely) sporty driving moments.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ARC\u00ae (Anti Roll-Control): a system that reduces the compromise in the shock absorber and springs between comfort and (very) sporty handling. Not just to stall it somewhere, but to actually go touring or participate in puzzle rides and\/or tour rallies. If the car is suitable for it and\/or has the right history, they are also increasingly used for competition purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Staying close to the original<br \/>\n<\/strong>Most people want to stay as close as possible to the original or at least maintain the classic look. We customise our shock absorbers for this target group. This can range from simply a different colour to developing a complete system for a classic car.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shock absorbers matching to the oldtimer<br \/>\n<\/strong>You can choose from various colours (the classic colours of the brands), classic adjustment knobs, height adjustment without thread (not allowed for some models\/years) and much more.<\/p>\n<p>For example, Intrax is the only company in the world that has developed shock absorbers for a Lancia Aurelia or an Alfa 6C, which look completely original on the outside but are equipped with modern technology on the inside. This allows these classics to safely participate in today&#8217;s traffic for many years to come.<\/p>\n<h2>Autosport: from race, to cross, to off-road<\/h2>\n<p>Various competitions are used to test the never-ending developments at Intrax. This way all the new developments are extensively tested on street vehicles, as well as in race, cross and off-road competition cars.<\/p>\n<p>Ranging from very light to extremely heavy vehicles under the harshest conditions. All this data combined with the &#8220;dry&#8221; calculation and test results are combined into a perfect product, which is then used in different configurations in the shock absorbers and is used by the end user to win races or, on the contrary, to get from A to B very comfortably and safely (at high speed).<\/p>\n<h2>Custom made shock absorbers<\/h2>\n<p>We often get unique and extreme projects because of the fact that everything is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intraxracing.nl\/en\/custom-made\/\">custom made<\/a> and we are very flexibel with our products. So everything is possible at Intrax and a new model doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean it has to be more expensive because of our experience.<\/p>\n<p>Because our company is set up for custom build projects, we can go from nothing to a fully functioning shock absorber in 5 weeks. This is over 80% faster than most other shock absorber companies.
